ABOUT
Thank you for taking an interest in ROGUE: A Heroes to Villains fanzine. The zine will feature illustrations and one-page comics of our BNHA heroes in a Villain!Au. Merchandise such as keychains, stickers, and postcards will be included as well.
The zine’s theme is open for the artist’s interpretation, whether our ex-heroes are villains willingly or not.
To shine attention on our heroes fairly, the zine is open to art about all the heroes in BNHA but will contain no more than two artworks about each character.

What is the zine about?
ROGUE is about the heroes of BNHA as villains. It will feature different heroes and explore the Villain!AU from numerous perspectives.

What can I draw?
Nsfw? Gore? Pairings?
NSFW will not be allowed as the zine aims to be SFW. Art pieces may include mild gore and blood as this is a villains zine and it comes with the dark theme. Ship-centered pieces will not be included to avoid any conflict.
Artists will be assigned a character depending on their preference and the demand to draw said character. This is because the artworks for a character will be limited to two, in order to avoid the zine being dominated by one character and to showcase many heroes.
Illustrations with a group of characters may be discussed further with the mods.

When will applications open?
Applications are open from Dec 2-22.

How do i join?
Fill out the application form and send in a portfolio.

How many applicants will you accept?
Applications are open to an indefinite number of people but the zine will include 20-30 artists only.

How will I know if I’m accepted?
Emails about the results will be sent to notify everyone who applied. A Discord invitation will be sent out to accepted applicants.

Can I contribute to more than one category?
Applicants may express interest in drawing for more than one category and will be taken into consideration during deliberation. Decisions on this depends on the interest of the public and the number of applicants. Announcements will be made.

Do I get a copy of the zine as an artist?
Artists of the zine will receive a copy of the zine and merchandise of their choice.

Will there be different bundles for the zine?
Yes, different bundles will be available. Bundles will be announced once pre-orders open.
